Getting started
From a new account to your first order from the table, in five steps.
1Create your account
Sign up with your email - it takes a minute and no card is asked for. Your venue starts with one empty menu and two tables that already have their QR codes.
2Add your menu
In Menus & items, add categories (Coffee, Beers, Kitchen...) and the items in them, with prices and photos. Add a language and every item gets a place for its name in that language. Or send us your menu and we will set it up.
3Add your tables and print the cards
In Tables & QR codes, add as many tables as your room has, then press Print. One card per table, with its number and its code. Stand them on the tables - they never need reprinting.
4Open the order screen at the bar
In Devices, add a screen and open its link on any tablet, phone or laptop behind the bar. Orders, waiter calls and bill requests arrive there, oldest first, with a sound.
5Scan a card with your own phone
That is exactly what your guests see. Send yourself an order and watch it arrive at the bar. When you are happy, choose a package in Billing - everything you built stays as it is.
