Build your menu
Categories, items, descriptions, photos and prices — typed once, in as many languages as you serve. Change a price at six and it is live at six.
For bars, restaurants, cafés and hotels
They scan the code on the table and your menu opens on their phone — in their language, with your photos and your prices. They order, call the waiter or ask for the bill, and it lands on the tablet behind the bar with a sound. Nothing to install, on either side.
How it works
After that the only thing anyone touches is the menu itself.
Categories, items, descriptions, photos and prices — typed once, in as many languages as you serve. Change a price at six and it is live at six.
Every table gets its own QR code with its number on it. Stand it on the table and it never has to change again, not even when the whole menu is rewritten.
Orders, waiter calls and bill requests land in one queue on any tablet or phone you already own, oldest first, with a sound. Staff tap a ticket when it is served.
What is included
There is no upgrade to unlock a feature. A two-table café and a forty-table restaurant run exactly the same system.
Each item has a name and a description per language. The guest taps their own flag; your default is what the table shows first.
A basket, a note to the kitchen, “another round” in one tap, and a minimum gap between orders so nobody spams the bar.
Two buttons that save a raised hand. The bill request says cash or card, so whoever walks over already knows what to bring.
The kitchen closes at eleven and the bar does not. A closed category stays visible, greyed out, saying when it opens again.
A card per table with its number, its zone and its code, ready to print. Codes never expire and never need reprinting.
Scans, orders and busy hours per table. The answer to “is anyone using it?” is a number, not an opinion.
Behind the bar
Everything a table sends arrives in the same list — orders, waiter calls, bill requests — oldest at the top, because it is a work queue and not a news feed.
Pricing
No tiers to compare and no percentage of what you sell. You pay for the tables that show the menu — and the first 2 of them are free, forever.
€0.75 a month for a table that orders all year.
Need more than 2 tables? Buy tables now — you can also do it later from inside your panel.
No setup fee, no hardware to buy from us, no fee per order.
Nothing is deleted. Your menu, photos and translations all stay exactly as they are; the tables simply stop serving the menu until it is renewed — and your free tables keep working throughout.
Count the tables that need a menu — inside, terrace, bar stools, the private room.
Questions
No. They point the camera at the code on the table and the menu opens in the browser they already have. There is no account to create and no email to type.
No. A printed card on each table is the whole installation, and the bar queue runs on any device you already own. A tablet on the table is supported, but it is a choice.
No — and that is deliberate. The order and the bill request go to your staff, and your guests pay you the way they do today. When they ask for the bill they tell you cash or card, so the person walking over already knows what to bring.
Every code identifies one table, so an order always arrives with a table number on it. Categories that are closed — the kitchen after eleven — are refused when the order is sent, not merely hidden.
Set hours and weekdays per category. Outside its hours the category stays visible but greyed out, showing exactly when it opens again — guests read it and stop asking, which is the whole point.
Your paid tables stop showing the menu; your 2 free ones keep working. Nothing is deleted — every category, item, photo and translation is exactly where you left it, and it all comes back the moment the tables do.
Then your playing tables already carry the menu on their tablet at no extra cost, for as long as their own subscription runs. The tables you would pay for here are the ones with no tablet on them — the restaurant, the terrace, the bar.
Yes. Create the free account, then send us your current menu in whatever form it exists — a PDF, a photo of the printed card, a spreadsheet — and we will build the first version with you.
They are free, forever, and they are enough to see the whole thing work: a guest scanning, a menu in their language, an order arriving at your bar with a sound.
